Where do you ship? And how much does it cost?
We ship all over the US of A! Domestic US shipping is through USPS and UPS, and it's F-R-E-E for orders over $50.
Want ship around the world? Can do. International shipping is via USPS. Items shipped Priority Mail (flat rate $30) will arrive within 6-10 business days. International First Class Mail (flat rate $15) can take up to 3 weeks. Heads-up: These fees don't include duties or taxes, which are due upon receipt.
You can track your package on its way to you by clicking the link emailed to you when your order ships. CJW is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How can I pay?
We take all major credit cards! Every transaction is secure and in US dollars. We don't take any orders over the phone.
Uh... how do I wash and store my stuff?
Everybody needs a little TLC—including our pieces! We want you to love and wear your pieces for a long time. Here's how to take the best care of them.
Featherweight wool (scarves): Store in the protective pouch it comes in, and watch out for zippers, keys, and jewelry. Spot clean with gentle soap and a soft white rag as needed; dry clean occasionally for a big refresh.
Crepe de chine (scarves): Spot clean with gentle soap and a soft white rag as needed; dry clean occasionally for a big refresh.
Cotton silk (scarves): Spot clean with gentle soap and a soft white rag as needed; dry clean occasionally for a big refresh.
Twill silk (twilly): Store in its protective box. Dry clean only.
Tencel (adult pajamas): Wash on cold once a week and lay flat to dry.
Cotton (adult pajamas): Wash on cold once a week and lay flat to dry.
100% organic cotton (adult and kid pajamas): Wash on cold as often as needed and lay flat to dry.

It's almost perfect... but not quite. Can I return?
Almost perfect isn't enough! We want you to be totally smitten. If you're not, please reach out to us within 10 days for return instructions: yo@shopcjw.com. If your item is in brand-new condition (that's unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in its original packaging), we'll happily arrange an exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Only US, full-price orders are eligible for return. (Sale and preorder pieces are final sale unless there's a defect.)
We cannot cancel orders once they've been made, so please choose wisely and reach out if you have any questions!

For scarves, pick the large size if you want something you can wrap up in (think: evening addition at a wedding, snuggly layer for long plane rides and drafty offices).
